Donaldson Company, Inc., a leading worldwide manufacturer of filtration systems and parts, announced the opening of two new distribution centers in Bogota and Cartagena, Colombia, and a new manufacturing plant in Skarbimierz, Poland. “The opening of two new distribution centers in Colombia further enhances our ability to meet our Customers’ needs for industrial and engine filtration solutions by enabling faster service and allowing for an even higher level of personal attention,” says Guillermo Briseño, vice president, Latin America. The Colombian sites are the fifth and sixth distribution centers in Latin America for Donaldson. “We are very pleased to add the state-of-the-art Poland facility to our extensive manufacturing and distribution base in Europe,” says Wim Vermeersch, vice president, Europe, Middle East and Africa. “This new plant further increases our manufacturing capacity to meet our OEM and aftermarket Customer demand throughout the region.” This plant is currently producing heavy-duty air filters for on- and off-road equipment, and it represents Donaldson’s third manufacturing facility that supports customers in Central and Eastern Europe. According to the company, these new facilities exemplify Donaldson’s continued emphasis on investing in long-term growth and supporting its global customers with a local presence. The company operates 21 distribution centers and 42 manufacturing plants in 26 countries.
